 A project born from a passion for cooking and the joy of sharing unique moments around a beautifully prepared table. I am Chef Pendah, and this is my story.

The Beginnings

French but originally from Africa, I developed a fascination for cooking at a very young age. The flavors of dishes lovingly prepared in my family and the culinary traditions of my culture were my first sources of inspiration.

After years of refining my skills in various restaurants and culinary schools, I decided to follow my dream: to create a personalized culinary experience that brings people together and celebrates the art of cooking.

Upon arriving in Miami, I was inspired by the culinary diversity of this vibrant city. I launched Chef Pendah Catering to offer a unique and bespoke approach to gastronomy. My goal is to transform every meal into an unforgettable experience, whether it’s an intimate dinner aboard a yacht or a special celebration.

My Philosophy
